This is D's first official live release. It features an almost full recording of the final concert of the Tafel Anatomie Tour 2006 and a short off-shot clip. D played a 21-song set in front of more than 2,000 people, making this concert one of the highlights of the band's career. The DVD includes a small photobook with live pictures and a big paper with credits and all the lyrics of the songs performed.
Four of the five songs that were not released in this dvd (Sleeper, Phantom Pain, 弾丸, Lost Breath) can be found in a special DVD titled Tafel Anatomie ~Sense Cell~ (sold through Fool's Mate mailorder), while the performance of Ultimate Lover is still unreleased.
