Neo culture ~Beyond the world~ is the third full-album released by D, following Tafel Anatomie. Both limited and regular editions came out simultaneously. The limited edition was released in 2 types, both featuring a bonus DVD with a PV for a new song. Type A with Barairo no Hibi PV; Type B with Kuon PV (similar to what happened to the limited editions of the first album The name of the ROSE). The regular edition doesn't have any DVD but instead a photo-booklet of 34 pages.
The album features the previously released tracks Dearest you, 桜花咲きそめにけり (Ouka Sakisomenikeri) and Schwarzschild, and has been supported by a national oneman tour with the same name.
