This free single was distributed at the final concert of the Tafel Anatomie Tour (later released on DVD) and it's probably meant to be a song dedicated to the official fanclub Ultimate Lover. The band also performed the song live at that concert but for some weird reasons its recording isn't featured in the DVD.
